Courtnay Mecca, MS, CNS, LDN

Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist
Masters in Clinical Nutrition from Maryland University of Integrative Health.

Courtnay Mecca is a functional and integrative nutritionist that takes a whole-body approach, looking at the body as a whole vs. isolated bodily systems (cardiovascular, digestive, etc.).  She believes no one way of eating or plan fits all and uses evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle interventions to support her clients using an individualized approach.  Understanding the body and mind connection, she believes no change is ever too small, nor is it ever too late to start to take a step towards optimizing your wellness.  She works by supporting her clients to help them navigate roadblocks to their health and educate and empower them to make dietary and lifestyle changes that work for them.

Courtnay graduated with an MS in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health from the Maryland University of Integrative Health. She is a Board – Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) holding licensure in Maryland and a member of the American Nutrition Association (ANA). Outside of work, she enjoys teaching and practicing yoga, spending time with her family and dog in nature, going for hikes or paddling on the water, and experimenting in the kitchen.
