Tiahna Pantovich, LMSW
Tiahna Pantovich is a Licensed Master Social Worker who specializes in individual and group therapy, focusing on grief, trauma, separation, substance use, and relationships. She has provided therapy both in Washington, D.C., and Maryland, virtually and in person. Using a mixed-methods, eclectic approach along with her wide-ranging education, she creates a supportive therapeutic space to grow, solve problems, and improve one’s mental health. She has an education in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a graduate degree in Social Work from Howard University. She has conducted research in mental health and social work, publishing in multiple languages. Therapy can be provided in up to three languages virtually on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
