Maria is an experienced Licensed Masters Social Worker with more than 10 years’ experience working in the Mental Health Field. She offers compassionate non-judgemental sessions for individuals with a wide range of behavioral and emotional issues, with her specialties being anxiety and depressive disorders. Maria believes in a person centered, cognitive behavioral and strengths based counseling approach. Maria helps her clients work through complex emotions, challenge negative thinking patterns and learn new coping techniques.
