Meet The Team

Kelli has over 30 years of nursing experience, including urgent care and emergency medicine, and has worked in the emergency room for six years as a family nurse practitioner. Her passion for mental health led her to pursue her Psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, which she completed in 2024. Her education and work experience has shaped her compassion for helping others. She looks forward to continuing her advocacy for clients’ physical and mental well-being. Her focus will be improving medication management, patient and family education, access to treatment, and providing culturally sensitive holistic care. Kelli treats clients (teenagers to seniors) with depression, ADHD, anxiety, LGBTQ population, OCD, mood disorders, sleep-related disorders, and schizophrenia.

Donna is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who treats clients of all ages. She received her graduate degree from Frostburg State University and is board certified as a PMHNP by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. After over 30 years of experience as a registered nurse, she decided to become a nurse practitioner.

Donna is also a certified nurse case manager with expertise in assisting clients in navigating the healthcare system’s complexities and obtaining the care they need. Donna believes in a client-centered approach where the client is the most important part of the treatment team. She believes in the importance of therapy and medication and works closely with the client’s therapist to assist the client in attaining their treatment goals. The NP program Donna attended at Frostburg was designed to provide health care services in rural and underserved areas. As a life-long resident of the Eastern Shore of Md, she understands the challenges faced by those living in rural communities and is excited to be a part of the team at the Salisbury office.

Karly Creasy is a Licensed Master level Social Worker. She graduated with both her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Social Work from Salisbury University School of Social Work. Karly’s Therapy style is eclectic, drawing techniques from CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy. Karly has experience working with a wide range of clients within an individual setting. Karly believes that all people are deserving of healing and strives to offer her clients a safe space to begin.

Note: Karly works remotely, providing Telehealth services and in our Salisbury office.  

John Collier is a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical from Salisbury University. John enjoys working with people from all walks of life and takes pride in his ability to help others process their trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression, and more. John utilizes a combination of CBT, ACT, and various other therapeutic techniques. John is a laid-back and open-minded therapist and can assure you that our sessions will be an environment where you are comfortable opening up.

Mr. Collier works in our Salisbury office.

Gerardo Grasso, LMSW has over 15 years of experience working with all age groups and specializes in the areas of Autism, Mental Health, and Behavioral Health. His therapeutic methods, approaches, and philosophies primarily focus on supporting his clients to achieve transformational change in their thinking, perception, and behavior. Through a therapeutic alliance/relationship, Gerardo supports his clients in obtaining a significant change in the way they sense the world around them and relating to internal representations in a more positive manner, eventually returning to previous mental models that lead to large alterations in external behavior. Gerardo has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University with a concentration in Clinical Practices. He prefers to utilize a solution-focused approach to therapy. However, he is well-versed in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and trauma informed practices.

Katie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked in the mental health field for the last five years. She has spent her career working with children, teenagers, young adults, and families in a variety of settings, including private counseling practice, crisis counseling, and the child welfare system. She provides person-centered care and primarily uses the evidence-based modalities of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness Techniques to work with clients. Katie specializes in anxiety, depression, and coping with life’s changes. She provides a non-judgmental and empathetic environment to nurture the therapeutic relationship.

Jazmin is a Licensed Master Social Worker who earned her degree from the Salisbury University School of Social Work. Jazmin believes in a person-focused, strengths-based approach to therapy that allows her clients to experience full expression of self and changes in life perspective. Jazmin believes in holding a standard of hope for her clients. Jazmin has experience in working with autistic individuals, individuals with special needs, severe trauma, geriatric individuals, couples, children, and families. Jazmin is accepting of all backgrounds and walks of life and truly hopes to make an impact on the individuals she serves.

Ms. Lawrence works in the Salisbury office and remotely, providing Telehealth services. 

Jessica is a compassionate and dedicated therapist who is committed to supporting her clients through life’s challenges. With a strong belief that each individual’s needs are unique, Jessica tailors her approach to meet those needs, always focusing on the strengths and goals of her clients. She integrates a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, to ensure that each session is as effective as possible.

Jessica specializes in working with children, adolescents and adults, particularly those diagnosed with anxiety, depression, autism, intellectual disabilities, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD/ADD), oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She is skilled in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, develop coping skills, and work towards positive change.

Recognized for her exceptional work, Jessica was honored with the Graduate Student of the Year award by the Maryland School Counseling Association, an acknowledgment of her passion, dedication, and commitment to the field of mental health.

I am so excited to be a part of the Balance Point Wellness team. I am looking forward to increasing my knowledge and experience so that I can continue growing as a therapist. I am a mom and a stepmom and those 3 are my priority. I love to travel and do fun outdoor activities with my family. My partner is a musician so we enjoy listening to live music I’m a warm weather gal so I prefer the summertime! I have lived in this area my whole life and look forward to supporting my community by offering an empathetic ear and validating.

Lauren Robinson is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who obtained both her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Social Work at Salisbury University. Lauren has experience providing individual and group therapy to children, teens, and young adult women with various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders. Lauren has a passion for incorporating creative art therapies, alongside Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), to help clients develop and foster mental, emotional, and social skills.
