Joshua is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Baltimore. He has experience working with a wide variety of adults with specialties in anxiety, depression, co-occurring substance abuse, autism spectrum disorder, and intellectual disabilities. Joshua uses a person-centered framework with techniques from CBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing. During his free time, he likes to spend time with friends and family as well as playing a variety of games.
