Liz is a licensed master of social work who earned her degree from University of Maryland. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, and young adults. Liz specializes in working with LGBTQ+ concerns, trauma and PTSD, self-esteem issues, crisis, anxiety, and depression. She works with various modalities, such as CBT and DBT, often taking an eclectic approach to therapy, as each person is unique and deserves an individualized treatment. Liz believes that healthy communication, a strong support system, coping skills, and hope are the perfect recipe for growth. She promotes a sense of belonging and unconditional respect to her clients as they progress through life.
