Did You Know?

ADHD can look very different depending on your stage of life — which is why personalized care matters.

In Children, ADHD May Look Like:

  • Frequently lose homework, jackets, or school supplies
  • Struggle to follow multi-step instructions
  • Seem constantly “on the go”

In Teens, ADHD May Show Up As:

  • Procrastinate despite wanting to do well
  • Feel overwhelmed by deadlines and expectations
  • Experience emotional intensity or rejection sensitivity

In Adults, ADHD Can Present As:

  • Start projects but struggle to finish them
  • Miss appointments or underestimate time
  • Feel mentally exhausted from masking symptoms

Recognizing these patterns is often the first step toward meaningful change.
