Lena believes therapy offers a meaningful opportunity for individuals to slow down, reflect on their experiences, and feel truly understood. She is passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges while identifying their strengths and capacity for growth.
She recognizes the healing power of a strong therapeutic relationship and the importance of developing effective coping skills. Lena incorporates a humanistic approach and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to create a supportive space where clients can explore emotions, build resilience, and work toward meaningful change.
Viewing therapy as a collaborative process, she feels honored to walk alongside clients on their journey of healing and self-discovery.
Lena is an intern therapist completing her graduate training in counseling at Johns Hopkins University and is under the supervision of Pam Stein, LCSW-C.
