Jess incorporates play-based and arts-based interventions alongside approaches that support identity development, emotion management, self-expression, and the development of a positive self-image to create meaningful and engaging therapeutic experiences.

Jess specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults, particularly those experiencing anxiety, depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), intellectual and developmental disabilities, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD/ADD), Bipolar Disorder, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring emotions, building coping skills, and working toward lasting positive change.
