Jess specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults, particularly those experiencing anxiety, depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), intellectual and developmental disabilities, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD/ADD), Bipolar Disorder, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring emotions, building coping skills, and working toward lasting positive change.
