Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University
Jenna is a person-centered counselor who deeply believes that healing and growth happen best
in a space where individuals feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. At the core of her work
is the belief that each person is the expert on their own life. Jenna’s role is to walk alongside her
clients, ensuring they remain in charge of their own path.
She strives to create a warm, collaborative environment where clients feel empowered to
explore, question, and move toward the changes that matter most to them. Her approach
integrates several evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),
Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. While
these modalities inform her work, everything she does is grounded in a person-centered
foundation. Jenna works with a wide range of concerns including, but not limited to, depression,
anxiety, OCD, ADHD, chronic illnesses, and life transitions.
Whether someone is navigating something overwhelming or simply feeling stuck, Jenna works
at their pace to build a process that feels meaningful and sustainable. She believes therapy isn’t
about being “fixed,” it’s about being supported on the journey to discover one’s own direction.
