Courtney is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health who earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wilmington University in 2022. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, and young adults, creating a supportive and welcoming environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
Courtney has experience providing therapy in school-based settings with elementary and middle school students, as well as delivering virtual counseling to children and young adults. She works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and other emotional and behavioral challenges.
Courtney takes a personalized, client-centered approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, and Play Therapy. She partners with clients and families to build healthy coping skills, strengthen resilience, improve emotional well-being, and support meaningful, lasting change.
