Sage is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Delaware, with more than three years of experience following the completion of their Master’s Degree from Widener University. Sage has undergone an educational and professional journey that included working with survivors of trauma and interpersonal violence, as well as families, adolescents, and individual adults. Sage now provides individual counseling as well as relationship and family counseling. 

Sage is a relationship-centered practitioner who believes that clinical work requires trust before all else. This trust is interpersonal (between client and therapist) and intrapersonal (between client and self). Through a variety of interventions and modalities, Sage can help identify what you want from your time in therapy and take those steps with you. Sage is an experienced and eclectic practitioner who pulls from a variety of sources, including Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
