Jessica Riser, LMSW
Jessica is an alum of the University of Delaware’s Sociology Department, as well as Salisbury University’s Graduate School of Social Work. She is a compassionate and dedicated social worker and therapist focused on helping individuals navigate complex – and often challenging – landscapes of emotion. Jessica has 15 years of experience in the field, working with a vast range of mental health concerns (anxiety, depression/mood disorders, adjusting to life changes, etc); her work has so far focused on adult populations. Jessica’s primary goal is to provide a safe and nurturing space for her clients to share, heal, grow, and expand their inner wisdom and incredible strengths. Jessica’s therapeutic framework is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based techniques. Using a multi-perspective approach allows her to help empower each unique person to manage anxiety, alleviate depression, and cope with life’s transitions while developing resilience in navigating challenges as they arise. Seeking help is an act of courage! Jessica is honored to hold and witness your healing process. Everyone deserves the chance to embark on their own journey to self-discovery and growth without facing struggles alone.
Ms. Riser works remotely, providing Telehealth Services.
