Jessica is a compassionate and dedicated therapist who is committed to supporting her clients through life’s challenges. With a strong belief that each individual’s needs are unique, Jessica tailors her approach to meet those needs, always focusing on the strengths and goals of her clients. She integrates a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, to ensure that each session is as effective as possible.

Jessica specializes in working with children, adolescents and adults, particularly those diagnosed with anxiety, depression, autism, intellectual disabilities, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD/ADD), oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She is skilled in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, develop coping skills, and work towards positive change.

I am so excited to be a part of the Balance Point Wellness team. I am looking forward to increasing my knowledge and experience so that I can continue growing as a therapist. I am a mom and a stepmom and those 3 are my priority. I love to travel and do fun outdoor activities with my family. My partner is a musician so we enjoy listening to live music I’m a warm weather gal so I prefer the summertime! I have lived in this area my whole life and look forward to supporting my community by offering an empathetic ear and validating.
