Jenny Sage, LMSW
Jenny is passionate about helping people to live more authentic and fulfilling lives. With warmth, directness and humor, Jenny collaborates with clients to find pathways towards change and dismantle patterns that may be interrupting progress and joy. Jenny strives to promote an atmosphere of positivity, safety and nonjudgment wherein clients can deep dive into their emotions and pasts, or focus on acute challenges, breaking obstacles down into manageable parts. Jenny values opportunities to work with adults and older adolescents experiencing life transitions, relationship distress, mood disorders and dysregulation, as well as those living in diverse family and monogamous/nonmonogamous relationship models. Jenny has experience working with clients across the gender spectrum and is passionate about providing affirming care to the LGBTQ+ community. Jenny incorporates a social justice lens into her practice and strives to expand upon her own self-awareness, growth, and knowledge as a provider. Jenny graduated from the School of Social Work at University of Maryland, holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of Maryland, Baltimore County and has an arts background.
