Aisha Bloomfield, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from The University of Maryland, Baltimore. She has experience providing individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults across school-based, outpatient, telehealth, and residential settings. Aisha has supported clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, self-esteem concerns, interpersonal relationships, and major life transitions.
Aisha utilizes a client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach to therapy, integrating evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed strategies, and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients develop insight, strengthen coping skills, and work toward meaningful change. She believes therapy is a collaborative process and strives to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where clients feel heard, respected, and valued throughout their therapeutic journey.
