Sydney is a clinical social worker who earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her clinical experience includes helping individuals and families work through anxiety, uncertainty, and major life transitions with compassion and practical support. She has extensive experience guiding people through crisis, adjustment, and complex decision-making during challenging times.
