Anna is a Licensed Master of Social Work who graduated from Widener University. Anna has
experience treating individuals with depression, anxiety, ADHD, substance use, grief, and
trauma. Anna is an advocate for the LGTBQIA+ community and identifies as an intersectional
feminist. Anna enjoys working with adolescents, young adults and adults. She believes offering
her clients a safe and non-judgmental space is critical in building a strong therapeutic
relationships with her clients.
Anna uses a multi-dimensional and trauma informed approach to therapy, in which she utilizes
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing techniques, and strengths-based
treatment strategies. Anna ensures that therapy is client-centered and collaborative.
