Jazlyn Periera, Intern Therapist

I am an intern mental health counselor with experience working in school settings with
children, as well as in a clinical program specializing in early psychosis among teens
and young adults. I am passionate about working with people from diverse backgrounds
and supporting them through challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD,
relationship concerns, self-esteem, career exploration, and spirituality.
My counseling approach is trauma-informed and holistic, with an emphasis on creating
a compassionate and supportive space where people feel heard, understood, and
empowered in their growth.
Outside of counseling, I enjoy practicing yoga, exploring creative arts, cooking, and
spending time with my cat.
