In using expressive arts, mindfulness, and nature, you will come to remember what is important so that you can find ease and joy in your life. She understands that the therapy room is a sacred space that requires deep trust to share and grow into well-being. Coming into therapy is one of the best things you can do for yourself, and she honors the courage it takes to step through those doors.
