Johanna brings over 15 years experience in the mental health field to Balance Point Wellness, LLC. She helps children, adolescents, and adults achieve their personal goals through a delicate balance of acceptance and change.

Johanna specializes in anxiety and mood disorders and utilizes a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy. She also works with trauma victims and is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Note: Ms. Howe works remotely, providing Telehealth services and in our York Road office.
