Jacob has worked with a variety of clients from all walks of life. He has experience working with individuals struggling with substance use disorder, ADHD, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and PTSD. Jacob takes a person-centered approach with all of his clients, believing that the most important aspect of the therapeutic relationship is meeting people where they are. Jacob utilizes techniques from multiple therapeutic modalities including narrative therapy, talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and Gestalt therapy. He strives to help clients discover themselves in a comfortable, judgment-free environment so they may grow and accomplish their goals.
