Jessica Wise is a Licensed Master Social Worker, having obtained her MSW from Salisbury University in Maryland. Jessica has experience working with adolescents and adults, including Veterans. Jessica specializes in the treatment of a range of diagnoses including, but not limited to, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Substance Use Disorders, and ADHD.
Jessica uses trauma-informed care in all of her treatment and supports the LGBTQ+ community. Jessica incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness into her practice, as well as many other treatments tailored to the needs of the client. Jessica believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship and creating an atmosphere of trust and respect for each individual’s unique lived experience.
