Adina is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who earned her degree from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work. Adina believes in a strengths-based therapeutic approach to empower her clients to strengthen their belief in themselves and learn to have a more positive outlook on life.

Adina believes that hope is the most important thing to impart to her clients and uses mindfulness as a modality for achieving this. Adina has experience working with various populations, such as children, special needs adults, and geriatrics. Adina understands the importance of being accepting of individuals of all backgrounds and cultures and is passionate about working with them to help each client grow, be empowered, and heal.
